Donations & Contributions

 

There are a variety of ways for you to assist and contribute to our families regain their lives, safety, and stability. Listed in this section are a few ways that you or your company may donate to Serenity’s Door.

  • Check/Money Order Donations:

  1. Mail-in donations can be made by check or money order, made out to:

  • Clothing:

  1. Our "Dress for Success" program runs year-round, and we encourage donations for clothing that may be used to go on interviews and maintain employment. Keep in mind that many of these families are fleeing violence in their homes, and may have minimal articles of clothing.

  • Gift Cards or Gift Certificates:

  1. Gift Cards or Gift Certificates are always appreciated, and shall be given to the women to purchase personal items.

 

  • In-Kind Donations:

 

Gently Used Goods

Perhaps one of the most common types of in-kind donations are gently used items, which can include office equipment or furniture.

 

Services

If you run a company that provides a service, or if you work in a service industry, donating service is one way to give back to your community.

 

Space

Donations of space can include office space, or space for holding special events or fundraiser. By donating this space to Serenity's Door, Inc. for a specified amount of time you can aid a great cause, and claim a tax deduction for your company.

Our organization thanks you in advance for any contribution that you or your company may offer and/or donate. Our organizations continued success is depending on your support. We are a 501(c)(3) organization and your donations are tax-deductable.

 

Serenity's Door, Inc., is a not for profit corporation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and your contribution is deductible to the extent allowed by law.
